It is recommended to have an oil boiler serviced annually for safety and efficiency.
OFTEC registered technications are trained and regularly inspected to ensure that their work complies with regional building regulations and industry codes of practice.
During an annual service, maintenance visit or installation, Neil will check the integrity of the heating oil storage tank, pipework and associated fittings. Filters, nozzles and flexible oil lines are replaced. The boiler will be dismantled, checked and cleaned. A flue gas analysis will be carried out and you will receive a written report for the work carried out.
